NSW CAN CUT A LARGE VARIETY OF METALS ACCURATELY WITH NO "HAZ"

Water jet cutting will cut metals of all kinds quickly and accurately without any HAZ (heat affected zones), thermal distortion, surface embrittlement or change in material properties. It will also be cut 5-10 times faster than EDM.

Even a delicate application such as thin or brittle glass can be pierced to create a starting point. We have the capability to perform a low pressure pierce that automatically switches to high pressure mode to continue the tool path.
